Privacy policy

To deliver an order we need your name, mobile number, delivery address and — optionally — your email. If you create an account we also store your password as a cryptographic hash, never as text we can read.

We do not collect card details. You send the money from your own EasyPaisa, JazzCash or SadaPay app; we only receive the receipt screenshot and the details you type in when you upload it.

Your details are used to make and deliver your order, to keep you informed about it, and to answer your questions.

Your address and phone number are shared with the courier carrying your parcel, because that is how the parcel reaches you. They are not shared with anyone else.

Payment receipts you upload are kept private and are seen only by the people who check payments for this shop.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you subscribed to the newsletter.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time by contacting us. We keep order records that we are required to keep for accounting, with personal details removed.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without affecting your ability to order.
